The Violet Institute's gymnasium has no stands for spectators, but it does offer six basketball hoops and lines for every possible sort of game one could wish to play. The wooden floors are kept in good repair and the huge double doors that lead out to the grounds are large enough for most creatures to enter with ease.

The crowning jewel of the training complex, the institute's massive pool could easily fit the majority of the student body. As it stands, swimming is at least a popular activity. Older Cetus students, and occasionally students from other houses, often undergoing lifeguard training during the spring quarter each year.

Located between the men's and women's locker rooms, the weight room is small despite its vaulted ceilings and high windows. It is not nearly as popular a destination as the gym or pool, but the offered equipment is modern at least.

Board Description
training complex

While the rest of the institute mixes the old with the new, the training complex is state-of-the-art, complete with an Olympic size swimming pool which is often full of a mix of children, otters, and seals. A small playground and a large field with patchy grass and a track make up the exterior amenities of this complex.
