Old friends, new friends, best friends, on-and-off friends, John basically needs every type of friend under the sun. He's been at the Violet Institute for two years, so returning students and faculty are likely to know him well. He loves to tell jokes and make people smile. He's easy to get along with and thus maintains a large friend base at the school. I need people for said friend base. Additionally, if he had best friends with tiger and bear daemons, it would rock my world. They can go on adventures.

John has barely been angry a single day in his life. He doesn't tend to hate anyone he meets, even the most loathsome of individuals, so enemies are unlikely. However, if you have a plot idea or a character you think would hate him, please post and let me know! Perhaps his lion daemon, Aslan, could get in a scuffle or develop a rivalry.

Let's be honest: John is a total ladykiller. Alright, fine, he's more of a goofball, but he is at least reasonably charismatic. He has probably had relationships in the past, though none of them are likely to have been serious. He isn't a serious kind of guy and tends to let whimsy carry him. Aslan, his daemon, believes in old-fashioned romances, but John isn't apt to take the lion's advice most of the time in the romance department. Both ex-girlfriends and future girlfriends for John are definitely needed!

ZOEY & JOHN

These two can definitely be friends, given enough time of course. Zoey would open up to him once she realized he was a nice enough guy, and the fact that they're in the same dorm definitely helps too because that way would see one another a bit more often. Honestly though, I think that, if they spent enough time together, they could possibly end up as lovers. He's nice enough, and I think that if this sort of relationship ever occurred that he could bring out some sides of her that she never even really knew she had. So.....Add/Subtract?

John would be happy to befriend Zoey. He doesn't understand the idea of people not liking him or not wanting to open up to him. XD The only issue I see with them pursuing a romantic relationship is that he might break her heart. He would never cheat, but he's not exactly the most stable, committed guy in the world despite Aslan's attempts to make him that.

Zoey would be curious as to why he would continuously push her to open up at all. xD She'd be all like "Ummm.....no." Hmm...well, if we ever did decide to purse that relationship and something like that ever happened, we could either do it where maybe John realized that he didn't want to loose her or something like that, or they just go there separate ways. John will be good for her, that's for sure. He knows when to back off (usually, at least) and when to push. He's good with people; people sense is about the only type of sense he has in his head. In terms of the relationship, we'll have to see how it works out with them. On the one hand, he doesn't like losing people, but on the other hand, moments of deep realization come infrequently with him and he can be a touch oblivious romantically. We'll see how it goes.
